What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email), the content you create (QR codes, experiences, uploaded assets), and scan events on your codes (timestamp, coarse device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP). We hash identifiers used for unique-visitor counts; we do not store raw IP addresses with scan events.
How we use it
To operate the service: resolving scans, showing you analytics, billing, and support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your scan data for advertising.
Scanner privacy
People who scan your codes are not asked to create accounts and are not tracked across other websites by us. Scan analytics shown to code owners are aggregated and coarse.
Data retention
Your content stays as long as your account is active. If you delete a QR code or your account, associated data is removed from production systems within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.
