1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription (Starter, Pro, or Business) at any time directly through the Billing Settings page in your organization dashboard. Once cancelled, your plan features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility Window

We offer a full 14-day refund window on all monthly and annual subscriptions. If you request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or auto-renewal date, you will receive a full reimbursement, no questions asked.

3. Processing Requests

To request a refund, please contact us at billing@qrflow.com or use the Contact Form. Refund credits take between 5 to 10 bank processing days to appear back on your original payment card statement.
